THE STEPS AFTER YOU SIGN UP

Step 1 Fill out our application online or request a call from a representative.

Step 2 Cultivate assigns you an account representative.

Step 3 Have a quick phone call with your representative to find the perfect equipment type for your business.

Step 4 Sign the agreement your account representative sends you via Docusign.

Step 5 Cultivate reviews your agreement to verify your business and credentials.

Step 6 Within 5 to 7 business days you’ll receive a welcome packet and terminal if you are not ordering a Point of Sale System.

Step 6.5 If we are integrating with your existing Point of Sale, we will be in contact with your technician to make the switch.

Step 6.75 If you ordered a custom POS we will need to collect your menu and inventory lists, depending on the POS type, it could take upto 10 to 20 business days.

Step 7 Your Account Representative will call you to help install your equipment and teach you how to use the equipment.

   -Business License
   -Drivers License (Front and Back)
   -Voided Check
   -Store Front

PLEASE NOTE, for your protection, we will not ask for your SSN or EIN.

This will be requested in the DocuSign from our Processing Department.  

All Required Fields

*Some programs have a 3 or 4 year lease agreement. This is non cancellable and separate from our processing agreement.
When you review your equipment option with your account representative they will fully discuss equipment purchase and lease options.

We also have solutions for those who are stuck in a contracts, are paying for equipment they are not using, or are overall stuck in a bad situations.
